Returns & Exchanges

At Misuri we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online for full refund within 30 days of original purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please email misuri@leatherguild.it to initiate a return merchandise authorization, which is required to process a return. Customer care will provide the instructions on where to ship any returns. If you choose to return an item Misuri will issue a refund of the original merchandise price. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping charges and restocking fees may be applicable to merchandise with alterations or initials. After the merchandise has been returned and the contents of the package have been checked, we will proceed with the reimbursement or the exchange. Misuri reserves the right to refuse acceptance of items sent without our prior authorization. Misuri is based in Italy and the shipments may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes which the amount is not predictable. These costs will be your responsibility. Misuri has made every effort to display the merchandise colors as accurately as possible. However due to the nature of the leather tanning processes there are slight differences between the loads of leather we receive from the tannery. Also differences in computer monitors, settings, and connections could cause these colors to appear in shades or tones that are not completely accurate.
